How I can help

Help with everyday life, the way you like it

Every visit is built around you. Choose one thing or a mix of several — and change it whenever you like.

01

  • A cup of tea and a proper chat
  • Reading aloud, puzzles, cards and board games
  • Sharing hobbies — crafts, baking, music, old photographs
  • Simply being there, so the day feels less long

Being clear

What I don't do

Being honest about limits is part of being trustworthy.

I'm not a nurse or a medical professional, so I don't carry out medical or nursing tasks. Personal care support is offered where appropriate and within my level of training and experience. If you need more specialist support, I'll always say so — and help you think about where to find it.

Not sure if I can help?

If it's not on the list, just ask. Lots of the most useful help is the small, unexpected stuff.
